Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or refund within 10 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:
• Opened or used beauty products
• Personal care items
• Items marked as final sale
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Refund Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this period, the order may already be processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
